Shipping Details

  • We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico)
  • We are full experienced shipping world wide.
  • We offer expedited shipping for rush orders with additional shipping fee,we we offer you the quotation within one business day. (Based on the dimension of the specific product and shipping address.)
  • Partner products may not be shipped directly by Mooka but Mooka will be responsible for all order notifications and status updates from orders placed on myrivertable.com.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) .

Free shipping:

Most of our products qualify free shipping to customers in the United States and will be clearly marked as "Free Shipping" on the product page.

For certin items, enter your postcode in the shopping cart to check delivery availability and calculate basic shipping fees,the fee will also be shown during checkout.

If you are from other countries,please contact us to check the shipping&delivery costs before purchase.

 

Shipping Time:

We hope not to transfer the high shipping costs to consumers, which is not in line with Mooka's goal of wanting more consumers to enjoy high-quality furniture.We select a sea freight rather than air freight.

Once the furniture arrive in your country, it will be arranged for local delivery by our contracted carrier company .

Note: We can provide real-time tracking information throughout the entire process from the shipment of goods to your receipt, allowing you to track the transportation progress of your furniture at any time.

Curbside Transportation

We provide Curbside Transportation ( LTL (Less Than Truckload)  ) for large item, Curbside Transportation is also known as Threshold Delivery. This is our standard delivery method  (LTL)  and is included when you purchase any item from us. 

We will email you a Deliver Notification with sepcification (Length, Width, Height, Weight of the boxes/pallet ) in advance, so that you will have an idea of how many hands you would need to prepared for moving the cargos.

During this delivery method, your items will arrive in factory boxes/pallet.  Our contracted carrier company will deliver your items to the curb at the end of your driveway, and you will be responsible for getting them into your residence or business.

Please be advised that you will need to secure your own assistance in unloading the items from the truck and dismantling the crate.

Remind : The delivery man is a one man box truck with liftgate, he does not responsible for unloading goods from the truck to the ground,you are all on your own,however in many situations the driver would like to help you if you can ask him for help.


Prior to delivery :
1.You will be contacted for an appointment by our contracted  carrier company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. 

2.An individual 18 years or older, must be home to accept delivery and inspect your order

3.If you are short of hands, a pallet jack and several furniture dolly are necessary.

4.Assistance from  friends or family members may necessary as the item is large and heavy.

Important:
If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the carrier company has to return your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier.

Under no circumstances can the items be left outside of the house or apartment unattended.

On delivery 
All customers are required to sign a bill of lading/delivery receipt upon delivery.the driver will require the customer to sign a physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt.

Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered, please note the damages on the bill of lading or delivery receipt.

Important: 
You must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos on package and notate the damage to the items and the case/box in detail on the bill of lading/delivery receipt and contact us.

If upon further inspection the customer notices major or unacceptable levels of damage to the product, they can then sign the delivery receipt and/or physical inspection report "REFUSED DAMAGE".
