Notes on Customized Orders
1. The photos on this page is the design that the buyer wants us to emulate and it's for reference only.
2. For custom make stump stool， as the materials have natural textures and colors, each stump stool will be unique.
3. During the raw wood slabs selection stage, we will take photos for the buyer's confirmation, and resin pouring will only proceed after buyer approval.
4.Before packaging, photos and videos of the finished table will be sent to the customer for confirmation.
5.Customized products are not eligible for refunds or returns, so active buyer participation in confirmation and communication is required at each step.
