3. During the raw wood slabs selection stage, we will take photos for the buyer's confirmation, and resin pouring will only proceed after buyer approval.
4.Before packaging, photos and videos of the finished table will be sent to the customer for confirmation.
5.Customized products are not eligible for refunds or returns, so active buyer participation in confirmation and communication is required at each step.
