3 . During the raw wood slabs selection stage, we will take photos for the buyer's confirmation, and resin pouring will only proceed after buyer approval.
4 . Before packaging, photos and videos of the finished table will be sent to the customer for confirmation.
5 . Customized products are not eligible for refunds or returns, so active buyer participation in confirmation and communication is required at each step. View our Return&Refund Policy
6 . We provide Curbside Transportation ( LTL (Less Than Truckload) ) for large item, our contracted carrier company will deliver your items to the curb at the end of your driveway, and you will be responsible for getting them down from the truck and moving into your residence or business. We will email you a Deliver Notification with sepcification (Length, Width, Height, Weight of the boxes/pallet ) in advance, so that you will have an idea of how many hands you would need to prepared for moving the cargos.
